Traffic Holder to Payoneer??
I am trying to load payoneer from traffic holder and get this crap:
Due to changes in regulatory requirements the Payoneer withdrawals will not be available until 4 of Nov 2014. Please use another withdrawal method.
Without any prior notice.
What is going on? What changes in reg. requierements??
