In search of top notch sales person to Launch and continue to promote and manager a Major Name in the Adult Industry.
Must have successful experience with a top notch affiliate program .
Most of the activities are managed through phone, skype and messengers.
We need a expert in business development and affiliate retention that will be fully accountable for:
- Aggressively driving sales and program efficiencies
- Recruiting Affiliates, creating and improving the relationship with them.
- Prospecting and developing your own portfolio
- Monitoring affiliate performance.
- Acquiring Good Traffic
- Implementing specific initiatives to generate growth.
- Animating your network through different channels (forums, trade shows, challenge, etc.)
- Overseeing the creation of sales tools (white labels, banners, videos, etc?)
Skills required:
- Proactive attitude, strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong Connections already in the Adult Industry.
- Experience in online marketing
- Strong abilities with numbers (commissions, rates, etc?)
- Internet business language (CPM, CPA, CPL, White Label, etc?)
- Prioritize activities according to their potential ROI!
- Track & analyze metrics.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer Service. Your affiliates will constantly require your support!
- Bi-lingual, English is Mandatory.
