Was it sent by Vachagan? Apparently Paypal is closing his accounts right on the day the check is meant to clear. Seems Paypal can't keep on top of this guy who seemingly can open new accounts on a daily basis..
Vachaghan or 'Dave' used to be cool... helped me out when I needed it.. I tried to do the same for him as well.. then I got done.. what does that teach us
