I've just got one of my websites penalized because of mobile redirection from
Plugrush, and I was finally able to file a reconsideration request (through Google Webmaster Tools).
As of late 2014, there is a need for a mobile version of every xxx website, and the best way to make really good money is to use either
Bitter Strawberry, or
Sex Goes Mobile. Mobile popunders from
Plugrush, are a very good addition too (in this mix), as they tend to have the best and most attractive offers.
Other ad networks that can be incorporated with this, would be
First Mobile Cash, and
VPS Mobile. If you have a lot of mobile traffic, it is good to test them all, as not everything is equally good for every site.
