The best combination that I've found so far is
Bitter Strawberry +
Sex Goes Mobile + mobile popunders from
Plugrush. I use these three on all mobile versions of my adult sites.
You can also go for
First Mobile Cash, and
VPS Mobile, but this is somehow, more advanced.
