Don't get me wrong, I have no complaints about Zombaio support; Jesper, David and Michal have been awesome to me. I don't hold them responsible for these delays and Z merchant support (sadly) continues surpass my current payment gateway.
That said this current situation with the 'new zombaio' in terms of payments is unacceptable. The notion of sending new subscriptions in order to get paid back funds when I'm owed from July feels crazy to me.
Does Zombaio have an ETD on overdue funds for inactive merchants? If so, when?
