I agree with what Barry of xlove said. Ask any cam site operator and they will tell you what barry and me said... guess that's what we see as stats in our cam sites.
There are a few more US models in Streamate and MFC than other sites, but I don't see representatives of these 2 sites posting in GFY. About pornstar shows these may be special cases and events, not really making the sales volume of cam sites.
