Did I miss something - Why not go ahead and make a website? This would not only allow you to get CCBill, you can also sell videos and photo sets of your performances to fans, underwear, etc. There are dozens of people/companies on GFY who can help with this. I'm working with JerkNetwork (user name "srockhard" on here) right now on a site to house my vault of amateur videos. He builds the site, handles billing and the affiliate network; the content and promotion are on my end. He can also attach a cam option for you.
