It was an attack in the USA on a US company Sony Pictures and direct threats were made against Americans and American business and they threatened further attacks.

If someone blows up a Credit Suisse branch in Iceland, it's a Swiss problem only and Iceland has nothing to say about it? A crime was committed in Iceland and is treated as such.
