I will still stick with drinking raw eggs as the reason i eat raw eggs is that i can eat 10 raw eggs without even a dent in my stomach as they haven't expanded, so its an easy way to obtain extra calories.

Just buy pasturized egg whites, they have a better consistency and are more bioavailable than a raw + no risk for salmonella. I drink 30 egg whites a day...buying a carton of whole eggs and separating them is more expensive than buying them already done. I dont drink whey...i drink egg whites. Egg whites + Calorie free Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup = yohoo with 50grams of protein. I eat around 420G of protein a day so I know how to get it in ;)
Whole food source > supplementation. Plenty of evidence supporting lack of egg protein bioavailability via google. Avidin which is in raw egg yolks interferes with the update of Biotin as well.
