Well, past year was so hard to me, and was drinking and eating more than habitual ( like a pig

) and its time to move on and put my self to do something better for me. So, i started the gym today and everything i can do today was 35 minutes of bike :S ... yeah, im so bad, i was thinking in one hour at least, but no chance, hope to get better in the next days
So you guys, to make this thread better, what are you doing in gym?
