The kook media and their legions of wackjob followers just depress me. They're not mentally ill, most of them anyway, they're socially ill, failures in life who find attention and meaning in their lives through this conspiracy obsession that makes them feel like they have a real purpose on the planet.
A middle aged police commissioner who was already suffering from burnout and major depression is completely emotionally overwhelmed by the slaughter of 12 civilians and has to interview the grief stricken family members of the victims - it's all too much for him and he kills himself. It makes total sense to anyone who is normal how that would happen. BUT noooooooooo ......... not if you're a pseudo 'journalist', a journalist who never leaves his home to investigate a story, has not one real contact, does all his 'research' on YouTube, nothing can be what it seems, let's float the story that the cop was murdered/silenced and get some much needed attention for ourselves, then celebrate the ground breaking 'story' by ordering two large pizzas and a 2 litre bottle of Mountain Dew from Pizza Hut finally passing out from excitement of the day.
