I'm using AdultSearchScript. It's pretty beast, and Adrian/symtab is great with support. It's the only script of this style that runs a deleted videos feed cronjob, so you don't have a bunch of removed videos floating around your site. This feature alone makes it well worth the $129 for the script. You can run the script as an embed tube, search engine, or redirect site like toroporno. I recommend at least a high end vps hosting account, as it's pretty resource intensive importing videos.
