amounts are debatable, generally people take far too much in my opinion. If you aren't trying to get huge 1 scoop a day on non workout days 2 on work out days is fine i'd say. The rest you should get from food, ie; eggs, fish, chicken.
best thing with isolate, i find anyway, is that you don't need to use as much.
raw eggs are perfectly safe these days, not that I'd ever do that, cooking them is easy and fast already. oh muscle milk? blend city.. some good dog kibble out there with less filler..
