Chicken, Steak, Tuna, Fish in general, pork all meats, Cut the carbs to 50% of your normal.
I also add a bit of protein shake into my coffee in the am, but its like a half teaspoon. Nothing more than that. the 1 bottle of it I have i have had for more than 6 months.
And use Honey as a sweetner in any shake you drink.
