I bought the Arnold Iron Whey in the big green bottle.
It's 70 servings per container which is more than most and at Sams club was $42 for the great big container.
Mix it with milk for a shake in the morning and then water after a workout.
1 hour work outs 3 days a week.
I'd like to get testosterone to add energy and general feeling better at 40 but I haven't been to the dr. to get tested yet either.
