I don't, but what I do know is that there are huge government organisations that are devoted to ensuring the safety of the food that we eat, and if there were any risk associated with this ingredient, it would be immediately brought up and discussed.
McDonald's also wouldn't risk using something that could be directly linked to poor health. You just have to look at their history of lawsuits to see how even serving a coffee too hot can lead to your profits being thrown down the toilet.
You can make practically anything look scary by listing the long words in it. In fact, the only thing you eat on a daily basis that wouldn't have a huge list of unpronounceable words would be salt.
Let's take a look at a banana:
Does this suddenly make you think that bananas are evil and going to kill you? Probably not, and rightfully so, because there's nothing to fear from words that are hard to say.
