I have no idea, but:
If I try to register a new .rocks domain at namecheap for 1 year it's $7.88
If I choose to register the domain for 2 years it's $20.86
So I guess the renewal is about $12.98
Once again I do not know how to check this for sure, this is just a calculation which I thought has some sense.
Maybe 3xmedia will give us the right numbers.
