That means you know things will never change. Whiny bitches always be bitching. Being a board admin is a thankless fucking job (co-founded and co-admin'ed an EDM board with 2M posts and 50k members, as well as admin'ed the oldest industry message board for the gay side of adult, so I speak from experience).
