If you order 100,000 of traffic, and you get 90,000 this is something that I could probably accept, as they say that Google Analytics is not 100% accurate, and so on. If it is 60,000 or 70,000 (and this seems to be the case with most / all of the brokers), I would say, that there is something wrong with this.

I dont buy traffic now, so I dont care. I am planning to start, at some point, for one website, and I will figure it out then.
