I'm just glad that those guys found it in their hearts not to kill anyone, including the two children ("Tell us were the safe is or we kill these kids!!"). Imagine yourself and every member of your family, right now and without warning, suddenly your very lives at the complete mercy of 80-IQ thugs who think its your fault that they're poor because you have money.

I was just reading at another site about another porn star. And I quote: "i got a chance to hang out with Gauge (the porn star) tonight, and we got around to chatting about guns. turns out that she's a HUGE fan of the AR-15. she recently bought a Bushy Carbon 15 R21, and has several other AR-15s. she also has a Rem 700 set up for sniping, a .300WM, a bunch of Glocks, XDs, Sigs, etc. she said her favorite handgun is her Sig, but she also likes her XD alot. she's also got her CCW."

I bet nothing like this will ever happen to Guage. Or if it does, it won't end well for the attackers. Having all this hardware gives her the freedom to choose who has sex with her. She has to rely neither on the mercy of her would-be attackers, or the mercy of whether or not the authorities arrive in time (or at all) to protect her from them.

I hope this never happens to anyone else. No one deserves this to happen to them.
Not to turn this into a gun debate, but the gun is only going to help her if she can get to it and use it fast enough. In the article attached to the donation page it says the guys bashed the door in and grabbed a guy then held him and gun and knife point. They went upstairs where one woman was sleeping and attacked her then down the hall where another woman was sleeping.

Now, if she heard the crash, woke up and got the gun she could use it to protect herself. If not, it is useless.

I'm not an anti-gun person by any means. My point in all of this is that guns often give people a false sense of security. A home alarm, some bright outside lights and a loud, decent sized dog are often going to do a hell of a lot more to protect you than a gun.
