Your account has been limited for excessive claims
Today i opened my account and i found it Limited
waouh what a disaster and i got over 3000usd in the account....
here is the reason although i don t get it well

that your transactions are still resulting in an excessive number of
claims. This is considered abuse of our Buyer Complaint process and
violates the PayPal User Agreement.

payments. Log in to your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Centre for
more information.
Anyone can Help or give me any suggestion to slove this iusse?!
