No you cannot do it. If you want to use DVD content then you must license it and obtain the content from an authorised content distributor.
I suggest
AdultCentro - Global B2B marketplace for adult content licensing - you can license great DVD titles through them.
If you do not license the content and you just upload a DVD you buy from a store then you're breaking the law.
