Post the letter here as the other guy said. It sounds fake to me as there is no such organization as Bundesprüfstelle für Familie (there is Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Medien, which is a sub-department of Bundesministerium für Familie). So either you wrote the name wrong or it for sure is some kind of scam/competitor trying to scare you.
