Go to the movies, take a walk in the park, take a day trip somewhere, go for a long drive, go shopping at a mall or (better yet) flea market or fair. Just get OUT and AWAY from all these damn SCREENS and you will feel better.

Man - I am so not into my phone half the time it's under my bed on vibrate - the other half I leave it in the car. I have no problem ignoring every text I get.
I think for me life has just been so active and hectic and I'm looking for a corner to hide in for some just quiet time.
Eh, it's probably just fucking PMS.
