It's all very caring and sharing, and the fonts used certainly suggest that. But I think it encourages a softness among service users, when the reality of living with mental illness is hard. So I can totally understand the opinions in this thread (and elsewhere on the forum), that people with mental health problems are basically soft in the head.
I envy the straight-ahead business folk on here who've never had to deal with this shit. I guess I'm just frustrated that I haven't found what I'm looking for

Yeah, they should really go with a more cold, impersonal font. Something clinical. Maybe Akzidenz-Grotesk?
