YNOT is just a skinned version of Interspire last I knew, which is something you can purchase yourself without the middle man. The main difference to my understanding is that you have Rochard for support to hold your hand if you do not know how to mail at all. If you send any REAL volume, Interspire is not the best MTA and there are plenty better.

Anyone can purchase Interspire, install it, and blast out email blindly. In most cases you will quickly end up being blacklisted from the major ISPs, and will have little recourse in getting unlisted. You will not be able to reach inboxes, and potentially your regular pop3 email will end up in spam too.
Interspire is only the first layer of software with YNOT Mail. There is other software involved, multiple servers, upstream providers, DKIM and SPF records, conflict resolution, PLUS support.
