Though not overly thrilled, since he hadn't really said anything other than "hope" and "change" though his campaign (quite clever though) to get elected, I was at least hopeful that his Presidendy would go far to start addressing racial BS in this country.
I had hoped he'd use his gift for eloquent speechv (as log as he stays on prompter) to inspire, to motivate and to lead the black community and to start to end the cycle of blame coupled to a lack of personality collective accountability.
Instead, he fanned the flames and Al Sharpton, a disgusting and shameless pimp, criminal and race profiteer spent as much time in the Oval Office as he has.
Such a huge opportunity was wasted by a man that truly had the power to leave a mark far greater than that of MLK.
