this would make sense if you didn't leave out the fact that the black women are required to report the crime. "a white majority legal system (from cop to supreme court)" relies on crime reporting, the system doesn't just happenstance upon rape.
it would also make sense if more blacks became cops and policed their own communities.
so you are wrong on both counts. blacks need to report crimes and blacks need to police crimes.
