Absolute agree! After and during a workout whether it is a run / weights / whatever, you just feel fanbaloodtastic!

Congrats on the weightloss, I lost similar amount too and didn't look like a fat bastard, was around 280lb (127kg) now 220 and never felt better.

No one enjoys kale except maybe L-Pink. Agreed re taking things too far, however eating healthy doesn't have to mean not enjoying your food or having it taste great!
