we all know the big seo guys out there say flash is horrible for seo. But is it only when they revolve their whole site around flash....or just ALL flash is bad, no matter what ?

Like what about if it's just a banner or 2 on the site. For like live cam, etc.

I'm currently using iframe inplace of flash...but would rather use flash for quality.

thoughts?
