Oh yeah, and because of the tolerancy there is huge amount of violence in Moscow towards workers from Caucasus? Russia is big, but the Moscow Russians or whatever, don't consider everyone as Russians; other than mere subjects for their power.
The Finno-Ugric folks have too had their share of harassment, but in this case from the state. And we don't call the Finno-Ugric folks as Finnish. Finnish folks live in Finland. So, unless you live in Suomi, or have been birth in here, etc., you ain't Finnish.
