My umbrage with the BBC has to do with the fact that they were so out-to-get-him and that they are so agenda driven, not about this final outcome per se....

he went to them and told bbc top brass about the fracas, and the bbc has other intentions with the presenters, including jezzer.
i don't see the magic of this show being recreated elsewhere. + the top gear brand is the BBC's. not to mention no other broadcaster has the reach to 350 million people.
