I'm having trouble believing that that's manual submission. If he did 1 per minute that's $4.50 per hour.
I suppose he might have someone in a third world country who he's paying $1 per hour. But where would the volume come from?
Just me thinking aloud. It's perfectly fine if it's a script but maybe it shouldn't say manual submit if that's the case.
Anyway it looks like the dude is long gone.
