I just want to pull the first female and male listing from each of the top 5 cam sites. They all offer rss feeds but I have no idea how to display rss content on my website.

Example: http://somewebcamsite.xxx//blablabla.../livehosts.rss

I want to pull just the first listing's model photo and model link. Nothing else. Just a jpg and URL.

I want to do this with Flirt4Free, ImLive, iFriends, Streamate, Chaturbate.

My website is already in php so I'm hoping there is some simple php code to accomplish this. I'd like to avoid using 3rd party scripts if possible.
