Can't agree that nothing is needed. Well, maybe if you're living a couch potato life (read: resting superbly) AND you got a wife/girlfriend ready to cook for you what you want three times a day.
If you can't do those two and you have an active lifestyle, you need supplements to recover and to get.......... MAD GAINZ BRO, MAD GAINZ!!!111
