Example one of the votes he forced to be a recorded vote, was the vote which passed for sending arms to Ukraine. He wanted there to be a record of who was voting to send arms to that conflict. Things like that are very important for Americans to know.

yes, he's lying. here's how i know. he's saying he, along with most of the house, doesn't vote on bills (which is bullshit) but when boehner "starts to do a voice vote", he runs to the floor and obstructs the process (which is more bullshit).
that certainly begs the question, "why the fuck weren't you there to participate to begin with? a vote to send arms to ukraine and the only thing that gets this guy to attend is a last minute heads-up that there's a sneaky vote on it, so he makes a mad scramble to block that. How does he know no one is attending the vote if he runs down at the last second and obstructs the lack of quorom sneakiness?
