I promote both and also just started with flirt4free. I seem to do best with Chaturbate, but I promote them everywhere on all my sites. Crakrevenue also has some other cam sites you can promote too.
I like Chaturbate's, Iframes. Chaturbate's white labels are good too, but google doesn't like white labels. You have to find other ways to drive traffic to it.
I believe you should try both and see which works best for you. And always be ready to switch what you promote, just in case an affiliate program bans you or just closes up shop.
