As we are on the subject, I don't think that Finland got a dime for burned Lappland. Though we were "on the same side" in the negotiations as Germany, but if you feel guilty enough about burned Lappland, I can give my bank account number. Not that I would be from Lappland, but I can arrange it so that my bank account is.
