At the point where police confront someone, the time to "just don't do it" is already past. If nobody ever did anything, there would be no police. You should be able to figure your own argument out when taking it to it's logical extreme! It's pointless to continue repeating it. Nobody brings it up because I suspect they know it's irrelevant!

Come on Tom, I was responding directly to BM specifically talking about making America safer.
I've given up giving advise regarding self preservation when someone gets arrested.
If someone wants more charges added to whatever they get stopped for or want to place their lives in the hands of cops during a take down that's their foolish decision.
But it would be interesting to see just one person on TV address the obvious wouldn't it?
