Funny how your clients servers was able to be hacked for days, while attacking our network when you "monitor" the server. You'd think that someone making hundreds of thousands of requests to the same IP per minute from inside YOUR network would be something you could EASILY detect and STOP.
But no. When you were confronted with it - you refused to say where the attack originated from other than saying it was not your customer because their server were "hacked" and now you require me to get a court order to get information about the attacker.
Top notch... just the kind of company you'll want as a host.
