I'm more concerned about the homeless class in our societty than those in ghettos. Those people really need our help the most as a society.

Ghettos have always existed in every society. In Cali we have Asian ghettos, black ghettos, Mexican ghettos, white ghettos etc.

People of all races who work hard get out of the ghetto.
