Reasons:
American kids are too fat to wipe their own asses properly much less clean a classroom.
Parents would complain about child labor.
Bust most of all:
Americans expect the government to do everything for you and they therefore come to depend on the government for everything...how else can these children learn that if they are actually shown that they can do something themselves?
