Hosting a domain with no adult references for just email purposes was the solution, and if host gator didn't suck so bad right now, we just wouldn't be having this conversation.
But since we are....does gmail offer a service where you can make multiple gmail accounts and maintain control over them if an employee leaves? I do have a google apps account that I use for my business.

i think gmail can handle almost everything .... but i don't know
what the requirements ?
it's possible to add up to 5 receiving accounts , for sending few more however right now the original sender might be visible - inside the headers info .
