Use the dot info... that's my opine. Hyphens confuse people for the most part. Remember, society as a whole is pretty dumb. They like simple shit.

I've ranked well with hyphenated domains before, goldporn-tube.com being the best (sold it, though) getting a little under 10,000 from SEO per day, but still don't recommend it
