Long Beach, CA — Courts: In a federal case filed today, the NAACP civil rights group accuses the jelly bean industry of fostering a negative racial subtext that disproportionately misrepresents black jelly beans and hurts black Americans. This event undoubtedly comes at the worst time possible with a microscope on America as the world watches the recent friction for the fight of equality amongst America's native black African Americans.
The National Assn. for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the country's oldest and largest civil rights group, through their newly elected media representative Jermain Abdulla Semelenachan Bahrain, on Friday stated that "The black jelly bean, in any assortment you may purchase, are few and far between" he went on to say ".. and when you do find a black jellybean, it is the worst tasting of all the flavors"
