Typically when art disturbs somebody they'll reject it as not being a valid artistic expression ( to amateur, not the right lighting, context, etc.). The image is photoshopped, it is art, there is no stimulation of either partners genitals. There is no arousal.
I'm Gay so this image has no sexual value to me at all. I can't see how anyone would be turned on by this at all, or interpret it in any way as sexual. After I Googled the image, I learned how some straight men are turned on by this, which I found disturbing
