Steve Earle really bridged the gap between rock and country. I remember seeing him in concert during his Guitar Town tour at the Diamond Club in Toronto...it was great. They used to call him the Missing Link.

I went to the Diamond Club in Toronoto years ago too, but not see Steve Earl (who is great) but to see The Jeff Healey Band. LOL Or maybe that was Rock and Roll Heaven, a different club in Toronto......
