Wrong info, yes. If ICANN gets multiple complains for a domain or just if the address looks shady (like some ass clown recently on GFY ripping people off but his address was some Pakistan address with Cyprus as the country) things that are too obvius like that, it will automatically trigger an ICANN request, they will ask the registar to ask you to confirm your address and email. If you fail to comply within 3 months, and they do their check again, they will seize the domain, then give you X number of days to reply to them directly to confirm. Failure to do so will render the domain deleted/sold.
