I wouldn't have confront the officer, but I would have recorded him driving over the limit and sent that video to the police chief. Not his supervisor, but the chief of the Minneapolis police. I found that complaining to his superior won't do any good because his supervisor is the buffer between the officer and the department heads, going at least one step higher makes sure the supervisor doesn't smooth things out. But too many officers believe they become be the law when they get a badge. At 15 over the speed limit any one of us can expect to be pulled over. Instead of apologizing and telling the citizen he will watch his speed, like we all do when we get pulled over, and going on is way the officer cops an attitude because he feels his time is being wasted. That is the shame.
